We had the honor to host this stunning Red Special, official replica of Brian May’s iconic guitar 🎸👑.

This model is meticulously crafted by the renowned luthier @guyton_guitars and celebrates the amazing story of the original guitar that was built by Brian May @brianmayforreal himself with his father Harold in the early ‘60s.

This incredible instrument belongs to the exceptionally talented @vecchiazz (Stefano Ragazzini), guitarist of the amazing Queen’s tribute band @magicqueentributeband .

What a privilege to witness and hear this masterpiece in the hands of such a gifted musician and enjoy this great tribute band.

Analyzing the landscape of relic works that I’ve had the opportunity to observe in my entire life, a distinctive trait clearly emerges in @nitroaleagedguitars work. While many don’t manage to go beyond a mere superficial imitation of the wear and tear of time, she, NitroAle, has the ability to infuse a narrative, a tangible story into every instrument she touches.

I’ve seen the work of others that stops at the purely aesthetic aspect of aging: scratches, fading, rust applied without real coherence. Instead, in NitroAle’s work, you can perceive a deep understanding of how these signs would have naturally formed over the years, almost as if you could reconstruct the instrument’s journey.

This attention to narrative detail, combined with impeccable technique, is what elevates her work. It’s not just about appearance, but about perceived authenticity.

While acknowledging the dedication of some others, I believe that this unique combination of artistic sensitivity and technical mastery makes NitroAle’s contribution in the field of relic particularly significant and superior to the majority.

And on the occasion of reaching 14,000 followers, I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for your incredible support!

The biggest thanks goes to NitroAle herself, for being not only the love of my life, but also my favourite artist out there and the best possible colleague.

The guitar in the picture is my 59 Stratocaster, found in very bad conditions, painted with truck paint… but then she met NitroAle, and there’s nothing else to say.
